By booking a 30-minute Filmmaker Strategy Session with CR Capers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: This session is offered as a courtesy to help you prepare for a successful and professional showing at the Hip Hop Film Festival. Any advice, feedback, recommendations, or resources shared by CR Capers are suggestions only and do not guarantee ticket sales, audience turnout, awards, press, distribution, revenue, future opportunities, or any specific outcome. You are solely responsible for deciding which suggestions to use and how to apply them to your film, team, marketing, screening, and festival strategy. By booking this meeting, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless CR Capers, Harlem Film House, Hip Hop Film Festival, myFRESHtv, staff, volunteers, agents, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal actions arising from your participation in the session or your use, non-use, or interpretation of any advice provided. Booking this session confirms that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms.
