An Asheboro, North Carolina native, Tyler (Ty Bru) Brueilly has been professionally active in the international independent music scene (IMA Hip Hop album of the year 2016 at the Lincoln Center, NYC) for over two decades and took a headfirst dive into photography and film in 2015.

Since then he has created his own cinematic world, revolving around his fictional characters and the story of ‘Shucks’ which currently has 11 installments and over 100 international awards, and close to 1,000 screenings worldwide. Brueilly prides himself in being grounded in the culture of hip hop first when creating art and hopes to help break the stigmas and raise awareness on addiction and other societal issues through his work.
